In addition to the mods listed I also probably run another 50 mods that touch up either the interiors of households, stores, inns and the like, or that add new cities, or that spruce up locations that aren't touched by the aforementioned mods in skyrim. That being said that just came out this very day as well that I haven't had the chance to test at the moment, but it looks pretty good although I probably won't be able to add that one for a while until patches for JK + DOS are created.
I currently run a stupid amount of mods that touch the cities and I would not recommended my actual setup to someone that is a complete newbee.
